Language Specialists will provide proficient communication services in Spanish – English for end-users (Consumers) by converting information from one language to another during a conversation.
Services include but are not limited to, medical, legal, educational, among other fields or areas needed depending on each client's specific needs.
The Specialist will be responsible for delivering an outstanding, positive customer service and sales experience to consumers who call in with pre-sales support inquiries, after-sales support issues, and technical questions on products.
You will also contribute to meeting sales goals and objectives by selling our products to new and existing customers.
